Marian Casey and Kirby Sokolow are a creative-duo with a passion for using art, storytelling, and media to explore themes of social justice, to support the voices of underrepresented communities, and to create spaces for dialogue and understanding.


An independent curator and art historian, Marian received
an undergraduaprofilete degree in art history from the University of St Andrews and a graduate degree in curating from the Courtauld Institute. Marian has worked curatorially with The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Courtauld Gallery, The Royal Academy, Times Square Arts, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and Project Row Houses, among others. She is especially driven to curate projects promoting women and LGBT+ artists and narratives, and is a passionate advocate for survivors of sexual violence.



bathroom 2Kirby is a documentary filmmaker, event producer, and graduate student at NYU. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2014, where she studied Religion and became passionate about the ways that storytelling can give religious practitioners a voice and help dismantle misconceptions about underrepresented groups. Kirby’s passion lies in supporting documentary film companies that explore human rights issues. She has worked for several documentary companies, including Mystic Artists, Jigsaw Productions, AXS Lab, and Girl Rising.
